We have included room block options under the Travel section. If you are not staying at Miner's Camp, we strongly suggest arriving by Friday, December 12th; check-in times at other accommodations are later than our ceremony start time.

If you are staying at the SpringHill Suites (Hotel Vista Sierra) in Auburn, we will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue on Saturday December 13th. The shuttles will pick up guests at 1:00 PM. A final shuttle will transport any remaining guests to the venue at 2:00 PM. Please note that the 2 PM shuttle will arrive at the lodge shortly before the ceremony start time. You may also drive yourself and park at the venue, or use a ride service. Shuttles will transport guests back to the Hotel Vista Sierra on the hour from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. If you plan on staying later than 12 AM, consider scheduling an Uber or Lyft ahead of time, or ask for a spare room at the Forest House Lodge.

We warmly welcome all guests to arrive around 1:30 pm. We will get the party started with drinks and appetizers before loading the shuttles and driving to the ceremony site down the road.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors; we suggest wearing a warm coat and closed toe shoes to ensure your comfort. Blankets will also be available. Please note that guests will walk on grass and stone slabs to get to their seats.

Forest House Lodge does not have a set time limit! The DJ and upstairs area will be available until 2 am, and the downstairs room will remain open till 6 am. Come join us down the rabbit hole!

We will be hosting a welcome party at the Hotel Vista Sierra, a SpringHill Suites by Marriott on Friday, December 12th from 4-7 pm. Additionally, a farewell breakfast buffet will be available on Sunday, December 14th at the Forest House Lodge from 9-11 am. RSVPs are required for all events.

While we adore your little ones, we've chosen to keep our wedding weekend an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few family members. We so appreciate your understanding!

There are no food or snack items available for purchase at Forest House Lodge. We will provide late-night munchies during the reception, and the breakfast buffet begins at 9 am the following morning. Coffee and tea service will also be available at the lodge starting at 5 am Sunday morning.

Forest House Lodge has liquor license restrictions and does not allow outside liquor brought into the venue.
